The stars of "Chrisleys Know Best," Todd and Julie Chrisley, were indicted in August 2019 on 12 counts, including wire fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States, according to court documents obtained by NBC.

Todd took to Instagram Following the 2019 indictment and said,

"We have nothing to hide and have nothing to be ashamed of, not only do we know we've done nothing wrong, but we've got a ton of hard evidence and a bunch of corroborating witnesses that proves it."

Associated Press said the couple was found guilty on all counts, on June 7, despite the original plead of not guilty.

Federal Prosecutors alleged that Todd, Julie and their accountant, Peter Tarantino, sent fake federal bank documents. Allegedly, Tarantino lied on the family's tax returns from 2007 to 2012, shared Insider from cited court documents. U.S attorney also alleged that the Chrisleys wanted to defraud banks of nearly $30 Million of personal loans using false bank statements.

All three were tried and charged with five counts of bank fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States and one count of tax fraud. Additionally, Julie was charged with one count of obstruction of justice and wire fraud. Tarantino had an additional charge of two counts of willingly submitting false tax returns.

"As today's outcome shows, when you lie, cheat and steal, justice is blind as to your fame, your fortune, and your position. --- In the end, when driven by greed, the verdict of guilty on all counts for these three defendants proves once again that financial crimes do not pay," Keri Farley, Special Agent in charge of FBI Atlanta.

Insider released a statement that both could face up to 30 years behind bars. Todd's attorney shared with E! News that he is disappointed in the verdict and expected to appeal.
