This year, The Proud Family is louder and prouder with their highly-anticipated return on Disney+.

"I'm really excited and I'm just so happy to be a part of it this time around... and it's finally happening," Kyla Pratt said.

Kyla Pratt teased the reboot's changes and how the family has evolved since fans last saw them.

"Penny Proud is a little bit older. I know a lot of people expected her to be very much older... but no, she's just a little bit older and she's still fighting for the same thing she was fighting before. That's what I loved about being a part of 'The Proud Family.' We were a show that talked about things that people didn't necessarily talk about on TV... especially in cartoon form."

The reboot will introduce the voices of big name guest stars like Lil Nas X, Soleil Moon Frye, Leslie Odom Jr., Carlos Mencia, Lizzo, Tiffany Haddish, Gabrielle Union and Cedric The Entertainer.

"It's crazy, but it's also like not that surprising because I didn't realize how many people grew up loving the show. They want to be apart of this amazingness!"

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder premieres Wednesday, February 23rd on Disney+.
