WATCH: New Trailer for 'The Morning Show' Season 2

The Morning Show Season 2 Trailer

Here's everything you need to know about the new season of The Morning Show.

The second season ofThe Morning Show has been highly anticipated ever since the first season's explosive finale, and now the trailer is finally here. Here's all of its juicy contents in case you missed anything.

It seems as though Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) is going to get back into the news game one last time, rejoining UBA's The Morning Show at the behest of zesty executive Cory Ellison (Billy Crudup), who woos her with the irresistible line, "You are the only thing that can save us." Her return makes immediate waves, driving her former co-host Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) into the arms of Laura Peterson (Julianna Margulies), a new anchor at UBA who patronizes private planes and suppresses a secret behind her sinister smile.

The trailer also reveals that Hasan Minhaj (Patriot Act) and Will Arnett (Bojack Horseman) will be joining the cast of the show, with Minhaj playing Levy's successor and Arnett portraying Levy's agent. This new season will tackle meaty subjects such as racism, the threat posed to television networks by online media, and the coronavirus, while also showing us what the embittered Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) has been up to in the months following his dismissal.

This new batch of episodes is positively oozing with potential. The second season premieres on Apple TV+ on September 17th.
