Us Weekly recently confirmed that after Matthew Rondeau was arrested, Shanna Moakler issued an emergency protective order.
A police officer has granted the former Miss USA a protective order, shortly after Rondeau was taken into custody by the LAPD. Per the report, the officer described the incident:
“Rondeau grabbed the victim by the hair, swinging her by the hair on the ground.” Rondeau then “grabbed Moakler’s face and neck, threw a chair at the victim, and urinated on her, leaving visible injuries.”
Officers on the scene also noted in the police report that firearms were seized.
Moakler, who has been dating the Murder Party actor since 2020, hasn’t filed for a restraining order yet, and the emergency protective order is only valid until the morning of March 3rd.
According to the document, the actor must not “harass, attack, strike, threaten, or assault” the Celebrity Big Brother alum nor contact her directly or indirectly “by any means.” The terms also stipulate that Rondeau must stay at least 100 yards away from her and immediately move out of her home.
Page Six previously reported the pair got back together in October 2021, after taking a break from their relationship. However, he grew jealous when Moakler began competing on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this month and unfollowed her on Instagram.
Later, the pair said they were “working” on things and were even spotted on a romantic outing just last week.
Their relationship took a turn for the worst when Rondeau lashed out at Moakler on social media, calling her several slurs and expletives before alleging she cheated.

TMZ reported that the aspiring actor had been arguing with the ex-wife of Travis Barker since Wednesday, and things allegedly “became physical” the following day.
After he was arrested, Rondeau was quick to refute the allegations on Instagram. He wrote on his IG Story,
“You know I’d never lay a hand on another woman. My mother is my angel and my best friend. She raised me right."
