In need of a Father's Day present this year? The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will be reopening.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio is expected to reopen to the public on June 15th, according to Vulture.


Restrictions Placed On Visitations 

If you are planning to or are thinking about visiting The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, there are new restrictions that visitors must follow. This includes but is not limited to buying tickets in advance and limiting how long visitors can stay in the building. There will also be temperature checks for guests before they enter the building, social distancing will be a must.

Hand sanitizer stations will be present all around the building and the building will be cleaned continuously.

New Date For The Hall Of Fame Ceremony

The 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony has been postponed to November 7th. Inductees include Whitney Houston, Depeche Mode, and Nine Inch Nails alongside many others. It will be the first time that the ceremony will be aired live on HBO.

A statement presented to CNN Entertainment said:

"The health and safety of our fans and visitors is our highest priority. Given recent news regarding coronavirus and the urging by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine regarding large public gatherings, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Induction Week festivities until later this year."

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson put out a statement regarding the ceremony:

"Important cultural events like the Induction Ceremony are what make Cleveland strong. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is a great asset for our State and Induction Week provides a significant economic benefit to our region."
