Mika Abdalla plays Avery Hansen-White, a teen perfectionist looking to master sex before taking the next step with her long-distance boyfriend.

"The film basically follows her journey of having to realize that when human emotions and discovering sex in high school come into play, that you can't follow the same protocol with a science experiment," Abdalla said.

The movie features a talented ensemble cast, including Paris Jackson and Fortune Feimster.

"Everyone that was on set made it so much fun. It was tough because I couldn't keep it together. Everyone was just lovely."
