Mayim Bialik is not your average person!

Her popular podcast, Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, examines mental health issues and well-being from an entertainment perspective with the focus on education and sharing life experience and information.

"My partner Jonathan Cohen and I decided to kind of put our mental health money where our mouth was and really talk the talk of mental health," Bialik said.
