NBC news correspondent Gadi Scwartz captured the video. In it, Palmer addresses the June 1st speech made by Donald Trump in asking the officers to march with her, saying:

"You have to pay attention to what's going on or else we have a president that's trying to incite a race war. The borders are closed. We can't leave. We have people here that need your help. This is when y'all stand together with the community, with society, to stop the governmental oppression. Period. We need you, so march with us."

After the officer confirms that he cannot because he has a job to do, another woman in the crowd asks him to take a knee, which he gladly does. Still, Palmer can be heard saying "That ain't enough for me," demanding more from the National Guard during these times of protest.

Palmer also took to Instagram to talk at length about her stance on the protests and the movement, specifically addressing those critical of the looting and rioting occurring at many protests.

"What I see is a society responding to the oppressor how the oppressor has responded to us. I see no respect for the establishment because the establishment hasn't shown respect to the people."

Palmer appeared on Good Morning America this morning to talk about the video of herself which has since gone viral. Here, she discusses further about her stance on officers taking a knee versus doing more:

"Though the kneeling can be seen as a walk in the same direction, we also see that just moments after in these cities where we have seen the kneeling, we see the tear gassing and the chaos afterwards... Everybody has a choice to make in working for the government...I, as a citizen want to know what side of history you're trying to be on."
