The star has recently tested positive for Covid-19 and will not be able to perform at this year's CMA Awards.

Sad news for country music fans... Lee Brice will not be performing at this year's CMA Awards after all. It was initially announced that the star would perform alongside Carly Pearce, after their hit single 'I Hope You're Happy Now' soared to No. 1 on the Country Radio chart. The singer has tested positive for Covid-19 and will be isolating at home until receiving clearance from his doctor.

According to the Associated Press, Brice's representative said that he is "in good spirits and not experiencing any symptoms."

But even without Lee Brice, this year's CMAs will be anything but boring! Countless big names are still set to perform. The list includes Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Dierks Bentley, Dan + Shay, Justin Bieber, and more. Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker are hosting the event.

You can watch the 54th annual CMA Awards November 11th on ABC.
