Laura Marano has been living the dream since her big break on Disney’s Austin and Ally.

Now, the actress is playing a New York hairdresser who falls in love a prince in the new Netflix film The Royal Treatment.

"Sparks fly between her and the prince. However, he's in this arranged marriage, so there's some conflict here about whether or not they can actually be together," Marano said.

Laura also released two new songs for the film, with the first single "Dance With You" sampling the iconic Whitney Houston.

"I always knew I wanted 'Dance With You' to be in this film. I worked on 'Dance With You' with Grey. They were down for me to sample 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody,' so that made my life easy as a songwriter."

The star is also giving back in a special collaboration with The Sasha Project LA.

"I'm so honestly grateful to be a part of this campaign. We have a limited edition clothing apparel line, so I'm definitely encouraging all of my fans to act now. 100% of the net proceeds go to providing art therapy for patients at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles, which is really amazing."
