The reality star turned social media phenom turned makeup mogul has recently turned mom, so she kicked off the day with her daughter Stormi.
The birthday weekend continued as the Kardashian-Jenner clan kept up with Kylie at dinner.
Afterward, Kylie changed into a show-stopping sparkled romper for a night on the town.
That night, Kylie enjoyed her first legal drinks with her family and friends, including celebrity pals Jordyn Woods, Bella Hadid, French Montana, and boyfriend Travis Scott.

No birthday is complete without gifts, and Travis gave Kylie a big one. It looks like his baby mama will be rolling around in a vintage 1950s Rolls Royce -- but we're not sure if it came with a new carseat for Stormi.
