Sarah Jessica Parker is continuing the conversation surrounding her fallout with her former "Sex and the City" co-star Kim Cattrall.

While both Parker and Cattrall have had their chance to publicly address their falling out, Parker does not agree with Cattrall calling it a "catfight" She opened up to The Hollywood Reporter's "Award Chatter" podcast,

"I've never uttered fighting words in my life about anybody that I've worked with--- ever."

Parker does not feel their situation has been reflected accurately and claimed,

"There is not a 'fight' going on. There has been no public dispute or spat or conversations or allegations made by me or anybody on my behalf."

According to the actress, if it were her decision, the falling out between the two would not have been discussed. Parker said,

"I've been so careful about not ever wanting to say anything that is unpleasant, because it's not the way I like to conduct conversations that are as complicated as this, you know?"

More importantly, Parker took her chance to address the rumor that Cattrall was never asked to join "And Just Like That."

"We did not ask her to be part of [the show] because she made it clear that that wasn't something she wanted to pursue, and it no longer felt comfortable for us, and so it didn't occur to us." Explained Parker.

Parker added that they were not "slamming" Cattrall by excluding her from the "Sex And The City" spin-off.

"You've got to listen to somebody, and if they're publicly talking about something and it does not suggest it's some place they want to be or a person they want to play. or an environment in which they want to be, you get to an age where you're like 'Well, we hear that." Parker Finished.
