Kendall Jenner and basketball player Devin Booker have called it quits, following their two-year relationship. The couple “hit a rough patch” nearly a week and a half ago, a source close to Jenner confirmed to E! News.
Despite all of the love in the air just a month ago, at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's Italian wedding, things seemingly came to a screeching halt when Jenner and Booker got home.
"Once they got back, they started to feel like they weren't aligned and realized they have very different lifestyles," the source told E! News.
The split is surprising following the June 9th episode of "The Kardashians," in which Jenner told her sister, Khloé Kardashian, that having a baby is "more real than ever."
According to the insider, it was Jenner who initiated the split with the Phoenix Suns player; though, the two are still on good terms.
"They have been in touch since and do care about one another," the source added. "They both hope to make it work, but as of now, they are split."
Jenner and Booker were first linked in 2020 while caught on a trip to Sedona, Arizona. They waited to make it official on Instagram till Valentine's day 2021.
Jenner was reluctant to share her man with the world. Farnaz Farjam, the executive producer of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," told Bravos TV's "The daily dish" in 2021:
"Kendall's always had this rule, which she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she lets them be a part of the show," she shared, "because she doesn't always know what people's intentions are."
