Fans of The Mandalorian should prepare themselves with excitement because Jon Favreau has officially confirmed that the new series, The Book of Boba Fett, will be coming soon to Disney Plus.

In the season finale of The Mandalorian, the end-credit showed fans that the Bounty Hunter's journey will continue in The Book of Boba Fett. In an interview with Good Morning America, Favreau officially confirmed the news, as well as shared the artwork for the show. He said:
"At the end of the show Boba Fett came out and said 'The Book of Boba Fett' coming December 2021 and that wasn't part of the big Disney announcement. But here is the logo. We wanted to hold this back because we did not want to spoil the surprise during the big Disney announcement of all the shows. They let me keep this one a secret. This is actually separate from The Mandalorian season 3 and what we did not say in that announcement is that the next show coming up is going to be The Book of Boba Fett and then we will go into production of season 3 of The Mandalorian."
The new series is also set to star Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen. Favreau will continue executive producing the show along with The Mandalorian.
