The Emmy Nominations are in and they've already made history! Could they make even more history? We take a look at how Sandra Oh and John Legend are changing the game.
John Legend
With two Emmy nominations for Jesus Christ Superstar, John Legend is on track to become even more legendary as the first black man to win an EGOT.
If you aren't familiar with the fabled EGOT, it is the term that refers to someone who has won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony.
With an Oscar for Best Original Song in Glory, a Tony for Jitney, and a whopping 10 Grammy Awards, an Emmy would seal the deal for Legend.
Sandra Oh
With an Emmy nomination for Best Actress in a Drama for BBC America's Killing Eve, Sandra Oh has already made history as the first Asian actress to receive such an honor.
While this particular category is new for Oh, she has previously received five nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her work in Grey's Anatomy.
You can watch history unfold on September 17th when the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards air!
