Jensen Ackles has officially confirmed his role in the upcoming untitled “Batman” project.
On an episode of "Late Night With Seth Meyers," Ackles shared,
“I just spent about three and a half hours in the studio yesterday doing, uh, doing Batman. That was a big deal.
The actor added,
"That was a big deal. I don't want to drop that ball."
Ackles is very familiar with voicing animated characters from the DC realm, including Red Hood.
Currently, Ackles plays "Soldier Boy" in Prime Video's “The Boys,” but, he is most known for fighting monsters as Dean Winchester in “Supernatural.”
Ackles also played Batman in “Batman: The Long Halloween Part One.” In this animated DC movie, Bruce Wayne investigates holiday killings with help from Harvey Dent and James Gordon.
