The actor, who just starred in the Oscar-nominated film Belfast, is moving right along as he stars in the HBO Max mystery-thriller, The Tourist.

In the series, Dornan plays a man who wakes up with no memory after a car accident in the Australian Outback. As dangerous people from his past pursue him, Dornan must race to figure out who he is before it's too late.

While the miniseries is packed with action and suspense, Dornan also got the opportunity to show off his singing skills in a more playful scene which shows him singing along to the radio.

"It's a different thing, its a different side of you that you get to play with or show off or whatever it is. Who doesn't sing along to Bette Davis' "Eyes" when it's on the radio? So that was fun," Dornan said.

It wasn't all fun and games though as Dornan opened up about the challenges of playing a character who has no recollection of who he is.

"I loved that I've never had to feel more rooted in the present. You're always trying to do that as an actor anyway, but particularly with this. You're trying to stay in the present and block it all out. It was crazy."

The Tourist is steaming now on HBO Max.
