The series follows Nesbitt as a veteran detective who tries to solve an infamous cold case.
Award-winning Irish actor James Nesbitt stars in the four-part drama as Tom Brannick, a veteran detective who delves into his own dark past to try and solve an infamous case.
"Even though it's a fictionalized drama, it gives them an opportunity to have a little understanding of the recent past in Northern Ireland... the conflict that was there. He's prepared to do anything. He's brought up his daughter alone really, because his wife disappeared, or possibly murdered," Nesbitt said.
Crime shows have surged in popularity this past year, with many people escaping to other scenarios that distract them from current realities.
"People are able to relate it, people are fascinated by it. Even if it's fictionalized or true, people just get so involved in the characters... they get involved very much in the human stories."
