Inside Ariana Grande's Emotional Year

At 25 years old, Ariana Grande has already faced highs and lows beyond what you'd expect in a lifetime. Here's why she was Billboard's '2018 Woman of the Year' and what's next!

Ariana Grande Inspires Thru Highs and Lows

2018 was an emotional year for Ariana Grande. Still reeling from the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing at one of her concerts, and the death of longtime boyfriend Mac Miller, she had a very public split from fiancé Pete Davidson.

In the same year, she released her chart-topping, fourth studio album Sweetener, with three top-twenty singles, No Tears Left to Cry, God is a Woman, and Breathin.

Her first performance after splitting from Pete Davidson was on NBC’sA Very Wicked Halloween’ -- which brought the house down. With performances like that, it's no surprise that Ariana Grande was named Billboard’s2018 Woman of the Year.

Although her fifth studio album is due later in 2019, she has already released its first single Thank U, Next. The song takes inspiration from her past relationships, expressing what she has learned from them with gratitude.

No matter what happens in her personal or professional life, the superstar continues to share inspiring messages through her music and social media.

At just 25 years old, Ariana Grande's undeniable strength reminds us to keep on 'Breathin'.

We'll see Ariana Grande on her upcoming SweetenerWorld Tour starting in March 2019.
