American Horror Story: Apocalypse
Until recently, it's been known only as AHS 8, but we now know the title of American Horror Story's next season -- 'Apocalypse'.
Of course, we also know that this is the long-awaited crossover between season one's Murder House, and season three's Coven, which gives us some big clues for what's ahead.
While Ryan Murphy has been characteristically secretive, he's frequently open about returning cast members. Among them are Emma Roberts and Sarah Paulson, reprising their Coven roles.
While we know that Sarah Paulson's Cordelia is back, we'll have to wait to find out if she's still the Supreme of her Coven.
Also returning are AHS regulars Kathy Bates, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, and Evan Peters.
They will be joined by newcomer and Dynasty icon Joan Collins.
The story will be set in the near future, and will most likely revisit the anti-Christ born at the end of season one and left in the care of Jessica Lange's character. Naturally, that leads us to the greatest question of the series -- will Jessica Lange return?
We'll finally get our answers after American Horror Story: Apocalypse premieres on FX September 12. Until then, be sure to binge watch seasons one and three to prepare.
