The American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer was born in the DC area and graduated high school from Duke Ellington School of the Arts. Chappelle moved to NYC in the 90's to pursue his stand-up career, where he quickly gained attention and began to feature on late-night television. Since then, the comedian has achieved an Emmy nomination, a rank on Comedy Central's "100 Greatest, Stand-Ups of All Time," and much more.
