The Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade sent ripples across the country. Many prominent celebrities have expressed outrage at the ruling, the most recent being Howard Stern-- though he wants to take things a step further.

After an illustrious career in the entertainment industry, Stern now has his sight set on the Oval Office for a possible presidential bid in 2024. He revealed on Monday's episode of "the Howard Stern Show" that there's only a few items on his agenda, stating,

“The problem with most presidents is they have too big of an agenda. The only agenda I would have is to make the country fair again.”

Stern then went on to slam the justices nominated by Donald Trump; Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Stern accused the three of lying, as all promised to uphold Roe when appointed. He noted that the act of lying "undermines everything," elaborating,

“It’s very hard to have a Supreme Court that’s openly lied."

Stern turned his vitriol against the former president, referencing Trump's victory over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. Despite losing the popular vote, he still received more electorates, securing the office. Stern claimed that his next priority would be to abolish the Electoral College.

“A guy who lost the vote won the election. How long can we keep electing people who lost the election? I am going to do the very simple thing that’ll set the country straight: one vote, one person. No more Electoral College.”

While Roe has dominated the national discourse recently, it is not the only recent decision from this Supreme Court. SCOTUS also ruled that suspects may not sue officers who fail to inform them of their Miranda Rights, nor can citizens sue federal agents (mainly border patrol agents) for violating their rights.

Other rulings from this court include striking down a century-old gun control law in New York, allowing North Carolina's strict Voter ID laws, and blocking the expansion of Medicare. They've also decided that state funding can be given to private religious institutions, as well as ruled in favor of a coach who violated the religious freedom of high school athletes by forcing them to pray after games.

Stern says the last policy he'd implement would directly affect the Supreme Court. He continued,

“The other thing is, if I do run for president, and I’m not f—ing around, I’m really thinking about it, because the only other thing I’m going to do is appoint five more Supreme Court justices. I’m not afraid to do it. As soon as I become president, you’re gonna get five new Supreme Court justices that are going to overturn all this bulls–t."

The solution to expand the court has been considered by Democrats recently, and is an option President Biden is currently capable of implementing.

While a Stern presidential bid would be exciting, the comedian noted he would only run in 2024 if Trump was once again the Republican nominee. He proclaimed,

“I’ll beat his a–."
