Joe Mazza, a home inspector with over 20 years of experience, and Noel Gatts, an experienced home designer, are working together to help clients buy and renovate their dream homes.

“The show is different than all the other ones that are out there right now. We walk around. We have clients. We show them two, three houses. They decide on which house they really want depending on price cost... and then what’s wrong with it? Basically what I do is I break the house down," Mazza said.

Mazza takes the buyers through any potential problems with the houses and then offers them important advice and solutions so they don't end up with a "money pit" on their hands.

“The best part is it’s not just a renovation show. You’re learning. So anyone that’s living in a home, renting a home, buying a home... selling a home can learn."
