Known for their hit show Going for Sold, real-life couple and business partners, Jon Pierre and Mary Tjon-Joe-Pin, are back on HGTV!

In Two Steps Home, Jon and Mary meet with homeowners looking to sell and help them get the most bang for their buck.

"We do light renovations to get their house ready for the market, and then step two, we take that money that they made from their first house and put it into their second home, which is their forever home," Tjon-Joe-Pin said.

While it's hard to sell a house, buying can be equally as tricky at times. For audiences looking to buy a house in this competitive market, Jon has advice for prospective homebuyers.

"You're not going to get every house that you try to put an offer in on, because there's just so many buyers. I always say the house that's for you is for you and only for you when the time is right," Pierre said.
