Released in 2018, Jordan Peele made his directorial debut with Get Out. At the time, Peele was widely known for his work in comedy, with projects including Key & Peele, Keanu, and Big Mouth. However, the star has a deep passion for horror films and showcased his love for the genre with Get Out. The film opened with rave reviews and set a new standard for what a horror movie can be.
