As the long-running ABC medical drama returns for an unbelievable 15th season, Camilla Luddington gave us a preview of what's happening in the premiere episode.

The season picks up with Jo and Alex on their honeymoon, during which Jo gets hit with inspiration for a new medical innovation. She also concludes that Meredith may be the right person to pursue it with.

Off-screen, Luddington talks about the excitement of reconnecting with Grey's fans, still passionate after a decade and a half.
