The stars of Netflix's latest rom-com are celebrating queer representation in a modern love story.
Netflix is serving up nothing but love in the new movie That's Amor.
The film follows Sofia, played by Riley Dandy, as she tries to find love at a local cooking class.
Emmy-nominated actor Gregory Zarian stars alongside Paul Witten, as they play lovable husbands David and Todd.
"Our couples represent this beautiful love story. For me, love is love and love wins and [I got] to work with somebody I genuinely love," Zarian said.
The modern romantic comedy features couples of every walk of life, with Gregory and Paul's on-screen chemistry lighting up the screen as cheerful members of the cooking class.
"The fact that they included a gay couple that was happy and didn't have any of the often-time tropes that get thrown at gay couples, the fact that it was an older gay couple... I love that they were representing a couple of things in that," Witten said.
With the film's LGBTQ+ representation, Witten hopes audiences can feel seen.
"I hope that there are some young, little gays out there that see this and see that we're just as annoying as every married couple! Someone young will see this and see that it's not precious... it's not treated in any way other than completely normal," Witten said.
That's Amor is streaming now on Netflix.
