Supermodel Gigi Hadid and former One Direction member Zayn Malik shared the exciting news of the birth of their baby girl Wednesday evening.
Malik took to Twitter to announce the news with an adorable picture of him and his newborn daughter holding hands.

Hadid captioned her Instagram post:
"Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she's already changed our world. So in love🥺💕"
The model's father posted a heartwarming message to his granddaughter.
The letter reads:
"Hello little grandchild, it is me, my heart as happy as can be. I wish for you the sun & moon, I wish for you a happy time. Know that Grandpa's always near, I'll do anything, anything for you my dear. When I heard you were on the way, I smiled and wiped a tear away. I cried the tear because I knew, my heart would always belong to you. Mohamed Hadid."
Hadid confirmed that they were expecting in April when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Throughout her pregnancy, the star took to Instagram to post artistic photos of her baby bump.
