Erika Jayne has been dismissed from the embezzlement and fraud lawsuit against Tom Girardi, at least for now.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has been dismissed from the lawsuit against her estranged husband Girardi, in the state of Illinois. Jayne has not gotten out of the lawsuit unscathed though. The plaintiff's attorney, Jay Edelson, shared on Twitter how he would continue to fight his client's case.

"We have not stopped pursuing Erika Jayne, just switching courts," Eldeson shared via Twitter.

Edelson also shared that the lawsuit would be "re-filed in California" to "avoid fights over jurisdiction," according to ENews.

The Bravo star's attorney, Evan Borges has also released his own statement following the dismissal on January 29th. Borges claims:

"The recent three-day evidentiary hearing in the Boeing case showed that Erika had ZERO roles in what GK and Edelson discussed, did, and didn't do." according to ENews

Borges also stated:

"We want Edelson to get the most complete picture of the evidence as possible, and have no issue with further investigation." According to ENews

Borges stated confidently:

"Here, the truth is that Erika had no role in the Lion Air dealings, actions, or inaction as between the attorneys and their clients, and she never received any of the Lion Air client settlement funds." according to ENews

Erika is currently filming the 12th season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after being accused of embezzling $2 million alongside husband Girardi. She has since filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage to Girardi according to ENews.

This is not the first time a Housewife has dealt with lawsuits due to their husband committing fraudulent activities. Many fans on social media are sharing their opinions on how differently the two women were affected. Though it is too soon to assume Erika will remain dismissed since Edelson will be refiling.

As this is occurring during filming for a new season there is sure to be a lot of talk of the lawsuit. It is likely there will be footage of Erika dealing with the lawsuit and divorce from Giardi since the accusations.
