Dua Lipa might not be levitating right now. According to Metro News, the singer is reportedly facing a lawsuit from Artikal Sound System, a reggae band, who claim her hit 2020 song 'Levitating' is a 'carbon copy' of their 2017 song 'Live Your Life'.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles federal court and the band is seeking any profits made from the song as well as damages.

The 26-year-old singer and her team have failed to comment on the alleged situation thus far.
