Drake And Kanye Join Forces For #FreeLarryHoover Benefit Concert

Drake & Kanye

Two of the biggest artists in music right now are teaming up for a concert of epic proportions.

On Thursday night, Kanye West and Drake are putting aside their differences and coming together for the concert event of the year. The two hip-hop giants are performing together to support a cause that is important to both of them. The duo named the concert The #FreeLarryHoover Benefit Concert because their aim is to raise awareness for prison reform. Namely, their objective is to shed a light on Larry Hoover.

Kanye, in particular, has been very passionate about the Hoover's release from jail. He even cites this as the reason for wearing the MAGA hat and meeting with former President Trump. Although these events, among others, have made Kanye a controversial figure, in the end his music speaks for itself. Kanye even gave Hoover's son the platform to speak on his most recent album, Donda, which was released back in August. At Thursday's show, it is expected that Kanye will be performing songs from this album for the first time since the listening events that occurred over the summer. Additionally, Drake will be making the live debut of his hit album Certified Lover Boy. Needless to say, this concert is sure to be legendary.

The concert is happening live on Thursday night at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. But for those who can't make it to the show in person: have no fear, Amazon is here! That's right, the highly-anticipated event will be live streamed on the Amazon Music App and Twitch channel. The concert will also be made available to stream on demand on Amazon Prime Video following the event. As if that weren't enough, fans will also get the opportunity to see Kanye and Drake on the big screen in select IMAX theaters across the country. No matter how you watch it, you won't wanna miss this.
