Country singing icon Dolly Parton will be hosting this year's Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas, which will stream via prime video. The awards show, will be live streamed March 7 from Allegiant Stadium. Parton, with soon to be announced co-hosts, will emcee the new format.
Parton said in a press release on Thursday.
"Watch for us because we’re going to have some fun.”
She is a 13-time ACM Award winner, including for the entertainer of the year prize. She has also hosted the award show in the past.
Parton is giving zero signs of slowing down from accomplishing her goals. She is releasing a new book titled “Run, Rose, Run” with author James Patterson and she has paired that with an album releasing on March 4. She also has been announced as a first-time nominee for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this week.
