The headlines are in for Coachella and people seem to be pleased with the results. Billie Eilish and Kanye West are set to headline later this year. It is not confirmed who will be the third headliner, but Swedish House Mafia is up in the air.
West has a history of headlining concerts. The last time he headlined Coachella was in 2011. Eilish had a riveting performance back in 2019.
West had an eventful 2021. Putting the Drake and Kardashian drama aside, West had one of the top albums out last year. Donda sold over 300,000 its first week of release, later becoming one of the most streamed albums of the year.
Eilish released her second album Happier than Ever in the Summer of 2021. It sold 238,000 equivalent album units in America.
Coachella is already sold out. It is scheduled to take place over the weekends of April 15-17 and April 22-24 in Empire Polo Ground California. Although, with COVID cases on the rise, there could be a postponement.
