At the Entertainment Studios Oscar Gala, it's not about what you're wearing, it's about what you're giving!
The Hollywood Moment's BJ Korros is at the Byron Allen's 3rd annual Entertainment Studios Oscar Gala supporting Children's Hospital Los Angeles! Here at Advocate Channel, we are helping celebrate Make March Matter. Having raised $1 million the first year, and $1.5 million the second year, Byron now hopes to raise $50 million over the next 10 years.
Stars Jamie Foxx, Kathy Griffin, Nikki Bella, John Kelly and more are at the event raising money for children and celebrating all of the hard work Byron is doing for CHLA.
"If anyone has ever met Byron Allen, he is the most incredible, artistic gentlemen, he is always forward thinking, he has his hands on the pulse of not just Hollywood, but of the world," Jamie Foxx says.
What the stars are wearing is usually the big topic at galas and red carpets, but not this one.
“These events are fantastic because they raise money and it's more than just about who you are wearing,” Kathy Griffin says.
You would probably think that John Legend performing would get anyone to come to the gala. Turns out, that's just a bonus.
"See John Legend perform live, but also giving back to so many kids that need it. And that’s when you know you’re at the right place," Nikki Bella says.
