The New Jersey native is bringing his tasty culinary concepts to Vegas in more ways than one!

“I believe that Vegas is the culinary capital of the world. It’s just my way of putting my little neck of the woods and just kind of inject that into Las Vegas," Valastro said.

In addition to the renowned Carlo’s Bakery, Valastro has an impressive restaurant portfolio with other concepts, including Buddy V’s Ristorante, PizzaCake, the upcoming Boss Café and Jersey Eats, a carnival style food truck inspired by the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The menu includes garlic waffle fries, disco cheese fries, crispy chicken wings, Jersey ripper hot dogs, zeppoles and more.

Valastro has also placed several cake vending machines throughout Las Vegas... a baker’s dozen to be exact. The ATM’s are stocked with delicious and stylish cake slices!
