Captain Glenn and his crew are hitting the high seas as they head to Spain!

"The weather is always changing. In that moment, it's quite a challenge and quite scary about what's going to happen next," Shephard said.

The star is saying "ahoy" to new faces on his yacht and bringing along some old friends, including Gary King.

"Gary's good and keeps things interesting. I think he's trying to behave better this year, than maybe last year. We're going to try and carry on with the same vibe that we had from season two. It's going to be a new dynamic. I think it's going to be a really good season."
