Bell Let's Talk Day is a day recognized and promoted by Canadian telecommunications company Bell Canada to promote mental health awareness. While the day might not be as widespread on American soil, there's never a bad time to get yourself right.

The problem is mental health is still a very stigmatized issue around the world, including the United States. It's a hard thing to talk about, a hard thing to come to terms with, and a harder thing to treat.
