Adam Richman is taking viewers for a ride!

The host is taking fans through the fast food empire on The Food That Built America and showcasing inspirational stories of everyday people achieving their dreams on Modern Marvels.

"You're never going to look at the American food landscape the same way again. You're not going to look at a trip to the grocery store or a trip down to main street and see the brands and the major chains that you think you know the same way again."

On America, Richman recruits celebrity chefs like Marcus Samuelsson to provide information about food restaurants, brands and the people that work behind the scenes.

"I love the story that food tells because it's the language we all speak. Now we get to show the people that are on the factory line and through the coolest, mind-blowing technology you've ever seen in your life."

Something that is also important for Richman is the support of the save our restaurants campaign, fundamental to help those struggling with the pandemic.

"For every post that has saved our restaurants and tags the History Channel, we're donating one dollar to the James Beard Foundation's Open for Good Initiative. That goes directly to make sure that these restaurants stay open."
