Boy Meets World alumni Shane West reminisces fondly on his A Walk to Remember days about fellow actor Mandy Moore.
The 2002 box office hit, based on the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name, is a coming of age romance story that follows the relationship of a rebellious high schooler (West) who falls in love with a baptist's daughter (Moore), later to find out she had been hiding a fatal secret.
The vulnerable chemistry between the two is undeniable and is what made the tear-jerker flick so memorable, but West revealed that they may have not been completely acting during filming.
"I think we both had a little bit of a crush," he admitted in an interview with Vulture.
West was in his early 20s and Moore in her late teens when A Walk to Remember premiered, and his affection for his co-star is apparent. "It's hard to not smile when you're looking at Mandy's cute, adorable face" he gushed about the Tangled actress, confessing that he was often distracted by her while shooting scenes.
If the nostalgia is inspiring you to re-watch A Walk to Remember, make sure to grab a box of tissues.
