A Coming of Age Dramedy ... for the Middle Aged
We spoke with Matt Walsh and Judith Godréche about their recent film Under The Eiffel Tower. The duo co-produced and starred in the film, and had a notable chemistry on screen.
“The director generously asked us to participate in the rewrite of our characters to kind of shape them and make them more grounded, and I think during this process we developed a chemistry.” - Judith Godréche
Veep alum Matt Walsh naturally injects a comedy element, but, in this film, carries the story as a leading man.
Under The Eiffel Tower has been called a "Coming of Age, Middle Age Comedy" and Walsh lives that truth. When asked about the most challenging part of taking on this role, Walsh had this to say;
"I’m a character actor by trade, but now that I’m leading man, or quality of leading man, I now have to become America’s sweetheart." - Matt Walsh
The film has already been released to theaters and is available on digital and On Demand.You can see Under The Eiffel Tower in theaters, on digital, and On Demand.
